63: Birthday Cake
Decorated, cake to be cut
Judging commences at 11am. Exhibits to be staged from 10:00 am to 16:00 pm
The show is not responsible for any dishes that haven't been collected by 5.30pm
All entries are measured and cut so please take note of size restrictions in classes.
- MEMBERS PERPETUAL CUP for the Judges favourite exhibit in the Cookery and Baking section along with a special prize sponsored by SWANS ELECTRICAL CARLOW
- LILY ESMONDE PERPETUAL CUP for Best Lemon Drizzle Cake
- GRANGE ICA PERPETUAL CUP for the winner of the Cherry Cake Challenge
- ANNIE BRENNAN PERPETUAL CUP for the Best 3 Cup Cakes Decorated
- MARY HOLDEN TROPHY for the Best Boiled Fruit Cake
- BARRYS TEA PERPETUAL CUP for the Best Tea Brack
Butlers Organic Eggs will sponsor a dozen eggs to the 2nd Prize winners in the following classes; Swiss Roll, Almond Slices, Lemon Drizzle, Chocolate Cake, Sponge Sandwich, Harvest Fruit Loaf, 6 Cup Cakes Undecorated, 3 Cup Cakes Decorated, Coffee Cake decorated and Victoria Sandwich undecorated.
No entries permitted on day of event.
